What does the Back Home pet permanent identification system offer?

The Back Home Reader meets ISO standards and will read FDX-A / FECAVA, FDX-B, HDX and EMH4102 microchips (10 and15 digit codes). They may be purchased through your local veterinarian or directly from Virbac.


The Back Home system is international, so pets microchipped in South Africa do not need to be re-chipped when they arrive in another country (pet is simply registered on the Back Home database in the country of export).
